Packet System
School has introduced packet system of setting the time table. A packet consists of 6 working days. They are not counted as Monday, Tuesday but as First day, Second day. In this system, holidays and other unforeseen non working days do not affect the equal distribution of time for each subject. The progress of each packet is continuous. After every completion, the packet repeats itself throughout the year. Packet system enhances the students and the teachers to be up to date. By this, even if any particular day like a Monday or a Tuesday gets continuously two/three holidays repeatedly even then the teaching part remains unaffected and weightage on subjects are maintained throughout the year. In middle and senior classes where we have different parts in a subject, such as Social Science consisting of History, Civics, Economics, Geography etc. it is very handy to avail the specialized teachers for each branch of Knowledge.
From Nursery to Class V there would be no Packet System.

- Parents are welcome to the school to discuss matters, concerning the performance and progress of their wards. In order to facilitate the parent-teacher interaction, last period of every First, Third and Fourth Saturday of the month is arranged for the parents to meet the teachers in order to discuss the performance and progress of their wards.
- During the school hours Parents/guardians are not allowed to meet their wards and teachers and to visit in the class rooms or walk about in the school premises. All business must be conducted through the school office.
- No parent/guardian/or others shall ask for leave of their ward during the working hours. Pupils will not be allowed to leave the school till classes are over for the day.
- The school may communicate with you through the Hand Book. You are requested to look into the Hand Book everyday and see to it that the lessons and home work assigned for the next day are completed. Your prompt attention to the remarks and other entries made in the Hand Book is very essential. In case the Hand Book is lost, a fine of Rs. 40/- will be charged and another Hand Book can be obtained with the permission of the Principal.
- Absence of your ward from class for attending marriage of distant relatives or for other social functions are discouraged as it retards the child’s progress and minimizes his respect for regular hard work. It is essential that the school be always informed beforehand about the discretion of the Principal
- In case your child is unable to attend the class due to illness, application for leave must reach the school without delay. In case of prolonged illness, medical certificate must be submitted, along with an application. Children suffering from contagious diseases shall not be allowed to attend school only if permitted by a competent doctor.
- Students are expected to do their home work by themselves. They should be guided by parents only if they really need it.
- Criticism of the teachers or the school should be avoided in the presence of child because it undermines his respect for the teachers, the school and of himself. If you have a complaint or a suggestion to make, meet the Principal, or write in a separate letter addressed to him, who will go into the matter personally. Giving presents to the staff or any other demonstration in their honour is discouraged. You are requested to pay special attention to the personal – cleanliness of your child. Kindly see that the child attends school in proper uniform. The school will not be responsible for any article lost by your child. Lost and found articles will be under the custody of the Principal and can be obtained from the school office.
- Parents are requested not to engage private tuitions. For it has been found that majority of privately tutored students are slackers in class and they depend on tutor to do their home work allotted to them. In case of necessity such cases must be referred to the Principal. The doubts on any subject could be cleared in the class itself.
- The school shall not be held responsible in case of prolonged disturbance of classes/ studies under any force of circumstance which are out of the control of school such as natural calamities like earthquake, cyclone, epidemic, social upheaval, hurtle etc. At such predicaments, parents, guardians and well wishers of the school are requested to come forward in finding an early solution.
