ARTS & SCIENCE EXHIBITION 2018

All the Staff and Students,
Science and Arts Exhibition will be held on 05th and 06th October 2018. The Details are given below (Page 1 & 2), Rules and Regulations will be followed strictly for the smooth running of the exhibition.

SCIENCE EXHIBITION 2018
Kindly note the following points for Science Exhibition
1. Topics For Science Exhibition are :
1. Energy
2.Eco Friendly Environment( For ex : Waste Management etc)
3. Health & Hygiene.
4. Information Technology.(for ex : Smart Gadgets, Electronics etc)
- The Maximum participants for a model shall be only three of the same Class.
- Size of the Model should not be more than 3ft X 3ft.
- Use of Thermocole is not allowed in the Model.
- Demand of Electricity supply should be informed with name of the student and model to the respective Class Teacher.
- The Last date of giving Student Name and Topic of Model is 01st October 2018 to their Class Teacher.
- Final Submission of Models will be on 5th October 2018.
- All the Models have to be submitted between 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.
- Each Model must be accompanied by Flow Chart or Chart, No one will paste the flowcharts on the wall( Nails, Cello Tapes or Stickers are prohibited), paste your
flow charts on the Card Board for explanation.
- Model No. will be allotted to each Model.
- Marks will be awarded to the models for Decorations, Creativity, and Imagination.
- From Class VI to X students who are appearing in Arts or Science or Both, maximum marks of any part will be added in General Science internal marks ( Subject Enrichment part).

Topics for Arts Exhibition are :
Class VI – VIII
- Biscuits Bread Decoration
- Artistic use of Match Sticks.
- Kalash Decoration
Class IX – X
- Jewellery making
- Cooking without fire
- Flower Rangoli
Class XI – XII
- Bangles Decoration.
- Mehandi
- Salad Decoration.
Note :
- One Student can take part in any two competitions.
- Last Date to give name to your Class Teachers is 01/10/2018.
